This room has everything a single person needs to be happy. The room is fully furnished with a fridge. It has a separate entrance from the main house, and has access to a laundry room as well a built in braai area, living space, kitchen facility and bathroom, all separate from the main house. Water and electricity are all included in the price.
Please no smokers, and the room is not pet friendly.
